Form One Application Form
"We know that the single most important factor that determines the quality of education a child receives is the quality of his teachers/formators throughout their school experience".
Due challenges which are eminent in the job market, including decline in employment opportunities, educators in this age and time should think outside the box to enable learners cope with these challenges.
We do this by ensuring that our pedagogical skills used to impart knowledge require full participation of our students. We keep our learners at the center of teaching and learning, by practical work, field visits, and guest speakers.
These include physical growth through sports and games, spiritual growth through religious seminars, and mental growth by offering state of the art instructional methods.
Because the children we have are future leaders in the society, we ensure that the education we offer to our students inculcates a sense of leadership and patriotism for the state and nation at large.
We offer leadership seminars and orientations to newly elected leaders so as to enable them discharge their mandate with excellence.
St. Stephen Boys is committed to academic excellence. Our long term goal is not only to continue performing better but to emerge as an academic giant in our region and zone. I welcome all parents and other stakeholders to come help share this aspirations.

Services Offered From Academic Office
The academic office is the center of school core activity- academic excellence. To make sure tis is achieved, we aim to ensure the following services are in operations.
Careers guidance- we guide students to choose the right career path depending three aspects; i) the academic potential for the student, ii) the interest of the student in terms of job prevalence and iii) the marketability of the course in question. We also advice the student to discover their talents and explore them and if possible use them to create jobs for themselves and others.
Academic counselling- for students who are not doing well, we get to sit with them and diagnoses the problem which might be contributing to their dismal performance. We also advice students to use the right learning methods.
